The real estate professional Daphne Quay is here to share the excitement of touring beautiful properties with her clients and helping them find their dream homes, but she also upholds her responsibility to guide them judiciously. Whether she’s assessing a property’s condition, zeroing in on factors not easily detected, or determining how someone’s decision might affect their future, Daphne ensures her clients are comfortable by always communicating honestly and expeditiously.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Daphne moved to the U.S. with her mother at age 7. After her mother became a real estate agent while living in Minnesota, Daphne had a front-row seat to observe her business, sterling customer service, and aspirational work ethic. Further witnessing the long days, nights, and weekends, Daphne understood early on the dedication it took to succeed in this industry. She moved to Austin in 2010 and became a second-generation agent in 2012. Despite her early and longtime exposure to real estate, Daphne learned the ropes in her field through personal experience. Though it took trial and error and dedicated investment into her personal development, it was crucial in helping her grow her business into what it is today.

Over the years, Daphne has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, many of them young professionals and families from out of state, namely from California. She also oversees her own real estate investment transactions and remodeling projects. No matter whom she’s guiding into their next stage in life, she eases the process with her honesty, transparency, and efficiency and brightens it with her high energy and humor.

Daphne enjoys many interests outside of real estate, especially Latin dance and competitive ballroom dancing. She’s also a self-professed “part-time cat lady” who raises foster kittens in her kitty nursery until they’re ready for adoption. Daphne has also enjoyed being a youth mentor since 2019 with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
